2020年6月，上海慧晓律师事务所的主任和中国及美国执业律师谢晓云参加了为期三天的、并由中国律师高端研修网主办和中国人民大学律师业务研究所和中国人民大学诉讼案例研究中心学术指导的《破产案件操作实务暨破产管理人能力提升高级研修班》。该研修班由国内知名的破产法官/破产案件审判专家和破产律师授课，并分享实务经验和心得。破产重组和清算是上海慧晓律师事务所正蓬勃发展的业务领域。自2019年起至今，上海慧晓律师事务所已为多家国内外单位客户提供了破产相关法律咨询服务。慧晓律师团队将再接再励，开拓破产管理人业务。

In June 2020, Ellen Xie, Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and Lawyer Admitted in China and US (California), has completed Advanced Legal Practice Courses on Bankruptcy Administrator, which were held by China Lawyer Advanced Training Net, supported by Lawyer Practice Research Institute and Litigation Case Research Center of Renmin University, and lectured by China experienced bankruptcy judge and court expert as well as leading bankruptcy lawyer. Bankruptcy, restructuring, and liquidation practice is one of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group’s booming businesses. Since 2019 to now, Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group has provided bankruptcy related legal consultation services to multiple domestic and international companies. Hui Xiao’s legal team will keep the momentum and explore bankruptcy administrator business.
