2020年4月24日，上海慧晓律师事务所与其紧密战略合作伙伴上海慧晓法律咨询有限公司共同举办了《国际商会仲裁实务（大陆法系和普通法系）、经验和案例分享在线会议培训》。该培训由上海慧晓律师事务所的国际顾问Maria Beatriz Burghetto 女士(法国执业律师、阿根廷执业律师，并通过英格兰与威尔士律师考试)主讲，并由上海慧晓律师事务所的主任/律师和上海慧晓法律咨询有限公司的首席顾问谢晓云女士（中国与美国执业律师）主持。参与此次培训和讨论的人员包括来自知名美国律师事务所的资深高级合伙人和国际仲裁员、以及跨国公司亚太区总部和中国总部法务主管及高级法律顾问、以及慧晓法律合规平台的争议解决团队。此次培训成功举办，并获得与会人员的好评。慧晓法律合规平台的争议解决团队将进一步国际化，并不断提高其自身知识储备，以期为客户提供更好的服务。

On 24 April 2020, Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and its closed strategic partner Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group jointly held a webinar on ICC International Arbitration Practice (Civil Law System VS Common Law System) , Experience and Case Sharing.  Ms. Maria Beatriz Burghetto, International Consultant of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and Lawyer Admitted to France (Paris) Bar, Admitted to Argentina (the Buenos Aires) Bar and Admitted to register as Solicitor of England & Wales, was the speaker of this webinar.  Ms. Ellen Xie, Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group, Lead Consultant of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group and Lawyer Admitted in China and US (California), was the moderator of this webinar. Attendees included senior partner and international arbitrator from US law firm, Asia Pacific head of legal and China head of legal from multinational companies as well as the dispute resolution team of HUI XIAO.  The webinar was successfully completed and won good feedbacks from the attendees.  The dispute resolution team of HUI XIAO will be further internationalized and keep improving to provide better services to clients.
