2022年3月26日，上海慧晓律师事务所涉外律师诉讼团队包括谢晓云（主任和中美执业律师）和朱迪（中国执业律师）历经四个月在一起复杂涉外知识产权合同纠纷中在中国法院（上海市高级人民法院）代理客户（被上诉人）成功打赢境外公司（上诉人）提起的管辖权异议上诉案，并且上海市高级人民法院（二审法院）裁决支持上海知识产权法院（一审法院）的一审裁决，即中国法院而非新加坡法院对此纠纷享有管辖权。

On 26 March 2022, Foreign Related Dispute Resolution Team of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group including Ellen Xie (Managing Director and Lawyer Admitted in China and US) and Di Zhu (Lawyer Admitted in China) represented client (Respondent) in a complex foreign related intellectual property contractual dispute, following 4 months’ efforts, successfully won a jurisdiction challenge appeal case brought by foreign company (Appellant) at China court (Shanghai High Court), and Shanghai High Court (appeal court) ruled to support the ruling made by Shanghai Intellectual Property Court (first instance court) that China court and not Singapore court has the jurisdiction over this dispute.
