2020年10月上海慧晓律师事务所主任谢晓云在北京参加了中国社会科学院举办的、为期四天的《民法典高级研修班》。该《民法典高级研修班》的讲师为全程参与民法典编撰起草的全国人大法工委、最高人民法院和中国社会科学院的知名专家。在培训中，专家们详细介绍了民法典编撰起草过程中的立法技巧、目的、和法律变化重点和亮点等。

Oct 2020 Ms. Ellen Xie Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group completed a four day’s Advanced Training on PRC Civil Law Code organized by the China Social Science Academy. Lecturers of this Advanced Training on PRC Civil Law Code include leading experts from the PRC National Legislative Government Authority, the PRC Supreme Court and the China Social Science Academy who participated in and were involved in the drafting process of the PRC Civil Law Code. During the training, the experts explained the legislative and drafting skills, purposes and material legal changes of the PRC Civil Law Code, etc.
