In May 2020, Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group’s dispute resolution team Ellen Xie (Managing Director and lawyer admitted in China and US) with support from lawyer Di Zhu and trainees Miaomiao Zhang and Shupeng Jian of, represented/acted as respondent’s counsel for an international corporation’s complex production line supply contract dispute with Chinese corporation customer at the tribunal of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and successfully dismissed 88% of the claim.
