Since 2003, Ms. Ellen Xie, Managing Director and lawyer of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group has 22 years’ work experience with several leading international and domestic law firms and multi-national companies (including Fortune Global 500s) as complex and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, business restructuring, transformation, rebuild, change of management, crisis management, compliance and governance, government investigation, asset recovery, other corporate and commercial transactions, intellectual property, labor law and dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation) legal consultant or counsel.
2015年，上海慧晓律师事务所的主任和律师谢晓云在位于上海市的中国知名基层法院诉调中心担任六个月全职调解员，并协助资深法官和资深调解员处理了大量家事纠纷案件(包括国内和涉外家事纠纷案件)。
In 2015, Ms. Ellen Xie, Managing Director and lawyer of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group worked and acted as a full-time mediator for six months at a national wide renowned Shanghai district court mediation center, and assisted senior judges and experienced mediators in handling and resolving a large number of family dispute cases.
从2018年起，在上海慧晓律师事务所的主任和中国执业律师及美国执业律师谢晓云带领下，上海慧晓律师事务所及其团队开始就中国国内民商事案件以及涉不同司法管辖区法律的国际民商事案件，为国内外企业和个人客户提供庭外调解、和解以及通过法院调解、和解的服务，并为国内外企业和个人客户取得满意的争议解决结果，并获得国内外企业和个人客户的好评。
Since 2018, Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and its team led by Ms. Ellen Xie, Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and lawyer admitted in China and the United States have begun providing both out-of-court and court mediation and settlement services for domestic and international corporate and individual clients for their domestic civil and commercial disputes/cases and international civil and commercial disputes/cases involving different jurisdictions, have achieved satisfactory dispute resolution results for domestic and international corporate and individual clients and received good feedbacks from domestic and international corporate and individual clients.
2025年1月，上海慧晓律师事务所的主任和中国执业律师及美国执业律师谢晓云参加中国上海市浦东新区2025年复旦大学与新加坡调解中心国际商事调解员培训并通过考试获得新加坡调解中心认证调解员资质。
In January 2025, Ms. Ellen Xie, Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and lawyer admitted in China and the United States completed the 2025 Fudan University and Singapore Mediation Centre’s International Commercial Mediator Training Program for Pudong District, Shanghai, China, and becomes Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) Accredited Mediator.
2025年3月，上海慧晓律师事务所的主任和中国执业律师及美国执业律师谢晓云获得国际调解协会合格调解员资质，并正式列入国际调解协会合格调解员名单。
In March 2025, Ms. Ellen Xie, Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and lawyer admitted in China and the United States becomes International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualified Mediator and is officially included in the list of qualified mediators of the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
2025年4月，上海慧晓律师事务所在多年争议解决实践经验、声誉和积累的丰富人才储备和资源基础上成功推出和运营跨境/在线调解服务业务板块和平台，并开始接受来自不同司法管辖区的国内和跨境委托和问询。
In April 2025, Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group, based on its years’ dispute resolution practice, experience, reputation and accumulated talent reserve and resources, has successfully launched and operated its cross-border/online mediation service, business and platform, and has commenced to accept engagements and consultations from different jurisdictions.
