2023年2月9日，上海慧晓律师事务所的知识产权和文化娱乐团队在主任以及中国和美国执业律师谢晓云带领下与北京市文化娱乐法学会的法律界精英人士们一起合作编制的《文化娱乐领域的数字化发展年度法治报告（2022）》（以下简称《2022年法治报告》）正式发布！

Since November 2022, the Intellectual Property and Culture & Entertainment team of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group led by Ellen Xie (Managing Director and lawyer admitted in China and the United States) has participated in and assisted with the drafting of the 2022 Annual Legal Report on Global Digital Developments in Culture and Entertainment Sector which is an annual project led by the Second Session Foreign Affairs Committee of the Beijing Entertainment Law Society.

《2022年法治报告》系“由北京市文化娱乐法学会第二届涉外事务法律专业委员会组织编制，从法律视角切入，以法律法规和典型案例为经纬，以NFT、数字藏品、元宇宙及web3.0、数据安全为四个抓手，审视和剖析这场数字化转型的点点滴滴。《报告》共97页74781字，全面收集归纳了文化娱乐产业各细分领域中国境内外2022年的重点监管动态和热门事件，旨在立足国内行业实践，吸纳海外经验教训，为行业提供多维度的资鉴，为时代留下见证的记录。”

On 9 Feb 2023, the 2022 Annual Legal Report on Global Digital Developments in Culture and Entertainment Sector, 97 pages in total, covers major regulatory developments, and hot-spot issues, events and cases in the global cultures and entertainment market and different countries in 2022 such as NFT, Digital Products, Metaverse, Web3.0 and Data Security etc.
