2022年7月，上海慧晓律师事务所主任和中美执业律师谢晓云荣幸入选并担任北京市文化娱乐法学会第二届涉外事务法律专业委员会的委员。2022年7月22日晚，北京市文化娱乐法学会第二届涉外事务法律专业委员会（以下简称“专委会”）成立会议于线上召开。出席大会的有北京市文化娱乐法学会副会长王冬梅，北京市文化娱乐法学会副秘书长史雅文，北京市文化娱乐法学会秘书王梓力以及专委会的各位委员。成立会议由专委会副主任朱志平主持。第二届涉外事务法律专业委员会共聘请专家顾问3名、选任委员24名，分别来自高校、律所、企业，覆盖文化娱乐领域产学研，即日起正式开展工作。北京市文化娱乐法学会副会长王冬梅首先代表学会致辞，并宣布专委会正式成立。此后，专委会与会委员就各自在学术、实务中观察到的文化娱乐产业涉外领域的热点、趋势畅谈，并对专委会工作计划提出了设想和建议。与会委员就文娱行业传统领域的新机会、前沿领域的新挑战展开热烈讨论，包括影视行业的涉外合作、短视频、游戏、文娱与数据安全、文创IP、web3.0、区块链、元宇宙等。最后，专委会主任曾雯雯及秘书长刘轶圣做了总结发言，专委会除协助学会完成年度基础工作任务外，还将通过各种形式的专题研讨，比较法研究，与高校、企业、律所建立交流机制等，发挥各委员在专业领域特长，在细分领域出成果，为推动国内外业界交流、国外先进经验引入、中国文化出海和对外文化贸易高质量发展做出法律专业人才应有的贡献。

In July 2022, Ellen Xie, managing director of the Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group and lawyer admitted in China and US (California) was elected and becomes one of the Committee Members of the Second Session Foreign Related Law Committee of Beijing Entertainment Law Society. On 22 July 2022, the first meeting of the Second Session Foreign Related Law Committee of Beijing Entertainment Law Society was successfully held with 24 committee members from the universities, law firms and leading domestic and international entertainment companies and other senior and reputed professionals present.  The Second Session Foreign Related Law Committee of Beijing Entertainment Law Society will continue to provide good legal and compliance support in the areas of cross-border cooperation, games, video clips, entertainment and data security, intellectual property rights and related products, web3.0, block chain and Met averse and embrace new opportunities and risks in the entertainment and related industries.
