Ellen Xie, is Founder and Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group, Lawyer Admitted in China and California (US), Member of CPA Australia and Professional Member of ATTA.  She has 20 years’ work experience with several leading international and domestic law firms and multi-national companies (including Fortune Global 500s) as mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions as well as labor legal consultant. She has good experience in providing effective legal and compliance solutions to multinational companies in various industries, wealth creators and riches in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate governance, compliance, labor and employment, data protection, intellectual property and dispute resolution, etc.
