2021年12月1日，上海慧晓律师事务所涉外律师诉讼团队包括谢晓云（主任和中美执业律师）和朱迪（中国执业律师）历经12个月在一起复杂涉外知识产权合同纠纷中在中国法院（上海知识产权法院）代理客户（原告）成功立案并击败境外公司（被告）提起的管辖权异议之诉，并且上海知识产权法院裁决中国法院而非新加坡法院对此纠纷享有管辖权。
On 1 December 2021, Foreign Related Dispute Resolution Team of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group including Ellen Xie (Managing Director and Lawyer Admitted in China and US) and Di Zhu (Lawyer Admitted in China) represented client (Claimant) in a complex foreign related intellectual property contractual dispute, following 12 months’ efforts, successfully filed the claim with a court in China (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court) and defeated foreign company’s (defendant) jurisdiction challenge claim, and Shanghai Intellectual Property Court ruled that China court and not Singapore court has the jurisdiction over this dispute.
