2021年9月上海慧晓律师事务所刑事业务团队（包括谢晓云、杨恒贝媛）在谢晓云主任及中美执业律师的带领下经过九个多月锲而不舍且尽职地与法院沟通和跟进，成功地协助外国客户获得P2P重大集资诈骗案受害人退赃款，并获得客户的好评。

In September 2021, Criminal Legal Team (including Ellen Xie and Hengbeiyuan Yang) of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group led by Ms. Ellen Xie (Managing Director and Lawyer Admitted in China and US) successfully assisted a foreign client in recovering the loss from a large criminal fraud case after nine months’ persistent and diligent follow-up with local court in China, and has received good feedback from the client.
