On 15 April 2021, Hui Xiao’s Managing
Director Ellen Xie and attorney Di Zhu attended a meeting with a representative
from Shanghai Zhang Jiang Notary Public Office, and discussed the potential
cooperation opportunities for the notary services including the cloud notary
